Delivery Policy:
- All custom-made perfumes require 1 day for preparation and 2 days for delivery.
- A delivery fee of AED 25 applies to all orders below AED 100.
- Free delivery is available on orders worth AED 100 or more.
- Please note: Free delivery is not applicable on wholesale orders.
Returns & Refunds Policy:
Returns:
We only accept returns if the item received was damaged during transit. In such cases, we will replace it with a new perfume of the same price.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
