Perfumage.com is built on the WordPress platform and hosted on Digital Ocean Cloud Servers managed by Cloudways. All intellectual property rights related to the website content, design, and functionality are owned by Connect Xpertz LLC.
3. Products and Orders
Perfumage.com offers artisan perfumes inspired by international fragrances. All products are custom-made and require 1 day for preparation and 2 days for delivery. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. Connect Xpertz LLC is not responsible for any issues arising from the payment process.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery across the UAE. Orders below AED 100 will incur a delivery charge of AED 25. Orders above AED 100 qualify for free delivery. Free delivery is not applicable to wholesale orders. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
6. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns unless the product was damaged during transit. In such cases, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the website’s functionality.
